Tennant Creek JV Project
Emmerson Resources holds a commanding land position of over 1,800km2 covering 90% of the Tennant Creek Mineral Field (TCMF), one of Australia’s highest-grade goldfields, in the Northern Territory, Australia.
The Tennant Creek Mineral Field is situated approximately 500km North of Alice Springs on the Stuart Highway, the main road link between Adelaide and Darwin. Important infrastructure running through Tennant Creek includes the Adelaide-Darwin railway and gas pipeline. Tennant Creek has a population of approximately 3,500 and is the main service centre of the Barkly Tablelands region.
Emmerson entered into a commercial joint venture (JV) with the Tennant Consolidated Mining Group (Tennant Mining or TCMG), now a 100% owned subsidiary of Pan African Resources (PAF.LSE), a gold producer with a strong balance sheet.

Under the terms of the JV, TCMG will earn a 75% interest via funding $10.5m of exploration over a 5-year period. The JV provides two commercial pathways for ERM:
- Small Mines JV (<250Koz Au) – Free carried 6% Gross Production Royalty (with min production payments)
- Major Mines JV (>250Koz Au) – Contributing JV Mine Development
Processing of JV deposits is intended to take place at the Tennant Mining 840Ktpa Nobles CIL gold processing facility, which was commissioned in April 2025 with first gold pour achieved in May 2025, and is located 14km to the south-east of Tennant Creek.
