Tim Kestell B.Com

Non-Executive Director (appointed November, 2005)

Mr Kestell has extensive experience in capital markets, company formations and reconstructions. In the past four years he has played an integral part in the listing/re-listing of four companies on the ASX, including: CTI Communications, Poltech International and Riley Corporation. Prior to this Mr Kestell held securities advisory positions with leading Perth stockbrokers Euroz Securities and Paterson Ord Minnett (renamed Patersons). Other positions included working for HSBC and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London and one year at Plutonic’s Mt Morgan gold mine in the Laverton region.

Mr Kestell holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University where he completed a double major in accounting and business law and is currently a director of ASX listed company New Opportunity Limited (ASX code NOP). He is also on the board of Optimised Investments Limited (a Deutsche Bank backed investment company).
